Guadalupe River rainbow trout
Fishing for Bass in the Texas Hill Country
Float fish Texas' premiere tailwater trout fishery. The Guadalupe River is ranked among the top 100 trout streams in the U.S. and is the southernmost trout stream in the country. The cold water emerging from the bottom of Canyon Lake provides the potential for year round survival for the trout.  I have fished the Guadalupe River for over 20 years and I have experience on the river under every possible condition. Let me use my extensive knowledge of the river to help you have a successful day on the water. Best months are December through April. Perfect winter get away or keep your skills up for that big summer trip. Trips include flies, lunch, water and soft drinks. Equipment can also be provided. Cost for full day trips are $400.00 for 1 or 2 fishermen. Half day trips are $300.00 for 1 or 2 fishermen.
Float fishing trips on spring fed hill country rivers. We fish the Llano River, San Marcos River, Upper Guadalupe River, Lower Colorado River and the Devils River. These rivers are crystal clear and we hardly ever see another fisherman. Multi day trips are also an option.  The best months are March through November. Trips include flies, lunch, water and soft drinks. Equipment can also be provided. Cost $400.00 for 1 or 2 fishermen. Half day trips are $300.00 for 1 or 2 fishermen.  Half day trips do not include lunch.
